Terms of Use for Placesgrey Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of placesgrey.homes and the services Placesgrey Tree Service offers through it. When you use the website, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Placesgrey Tree Service Does

Placesgrey Tree Service is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them, and we make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written quote.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Expect From You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it without permission.

Phone Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing reasons. To stop us contacting you, email contact@placesgrey.homes at any time.

Ownership of Content

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Placesgrey Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
